▪️Take a big deep breath in through the nose, filling up the belly and the lungs. Keeping your shoulders relaxed and your spine straight. ⁣

▪️ Slowly begin to exhale through your nose, making a humming sound. Allow yourself to fully exhale all of your air out, squeezing your abdomen at the end.⁣

Repeat as many times as necessary ⁣
